Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix all ingredients in large bowl
  3. Grease and flour bread pan
  4. Pour ingredients into pan.
  5. Cook for 55-60 minutes.
