Banana Muffins With Sour Cream

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar,then on low speed, beat in the sour cream, eggs and vanilla.
  3. Stir the butter mixture into the dry ingredients, mixing lightly only until blended.
  4. If desired, add one cup chocolate chips and/or 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
  5. With an ice cream scoop, spoon into greased muffin tins, makes 12 large or 24 medium muffins.
  6. Bake at 375°F about 20 minutes or until firm.
