Directions:

  1. Heat the vegetable stock in a pan.
  2. Add the sugar snaps, spring onions,chili, tofu and soy sauce.
  3. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in soba noodles and heat through.
  5. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
  6. You could always fry ginger and garlic with chili then add the vegetable stock and continue the process for a different flavour!
