Directions:

  1. Using low heat use alittle oil to slowly saute onion until very soft
  2. Turn the heat into medium heat add water and beef , cook for 20 mins
  3. Add the rest of the ingridients
  4. Taste, season with salt and pepper
  5. Serve with steamed rice
