Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil over medium heat in large saucepan and add onion, red pepper, and garlic. Stir til barely softened - about three minutes.
  2. Add turkey, cumin and both chili powders, cook over med-high heat til turkey is browned.
  3. Stir in the flour and then the tomato paste.
  4. Add white beans and enough stock to get the consistency you prefer.
  5. Simmer about 15 minutes and garnish with cilantro.
