Honey Apple Pie

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups sliced pared apples
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Fill a pastry lined 9 pie plate with sliced apples, pour over them the 3/4 cup honey and sprinkle with 1 Tsp.
  2. Each cinnamon and vanilla.
  3. Dot with small pieces of the 2 Tbls.
  4. Butter, cover with slashed top crust.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until apples are tender.
