Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pan sauté the burger in small skillet sprayed with no-stick cooking spray until browned on both sides.
  2. Build your burger by spreading the mayonnaise on top half of bun, Dijon mustard on bottom half.
  3. Place the Boca burger on the top bun, followed by the swiss slice, then lettuce, then the tomato slices and last the roasted bell pepper slices.
  4. Wow that's a big burger!
  5. Enjoy a taste explosion with no meat!
  6. *To roast a pepper, slice in half and remove seeds.
  7. Press down on pepper halves with the palm of your hand to flatten.
  8. Place on a pan lined cookie sheet and broil at 5-°F until the peppers' skin begin to blacken and bubble.
  9. Remove from oven, toss in a zip top baggie, close.
  10. Set aside for about 15 minutes or until you can handle the peppers.
  11. Peel and use in recipes.
