Grill Potatoes in Foil

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices onions
  • 2 tsp butter
  • aluminum foil (i prefer the heavy duty kind)

Directions:

  1. Make one per person, leave out onion for kiddies who are picky eaters.
  2. Russet potatoes work best.
  3. Get a piece of foil about 12 inches square.
  4. Cut potato into 3 equal parts.
  5. Place a slice of onion and a slice of butter between the slices of potato.
  6. Roll in foil and seal the ends.
  7. Place on grill or charcoal for about 45 minutes or until soft, turning once.
  8. Serve with butter and sour cream.
