Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel, and slice potatoes. Simmer until barely tender.
  2. Simmer fish in water until tender, about 10 minutes Flake with fork.
  3. Arrange layers of potatoes and fish in baking dish.
  4. Make a med. white sauce to equal 2 cups.
  5. Add peas, onion, and chopped eggs. Pour over fish and potatoes.
  6. Bake at 325, for about 20 mins., or until potatoes are lightly browned.
  7. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
