Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut 1/4-inch stem from each tomato.
  2. Scoop out pulp to make a shallow cup; be sure to reserve pulp.
  3. Saute green pepper, carrots and onion in 1/4 cup melted butter for about 5 minute.
  4. Stir in the flour, salt, sugar, and pepper.
  5. Add reserved pulp.
  6. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens & boils.
  7. Add seafood, sherry (optional), and parsley.
  8. Pile into tomato cups.
  9. Place in shallow baking pan.
  10. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter.
  11. Bake at 375°F until thoroughly heated.
