Ingredients:

  • 3 -4 carrots
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 4 tsp vinegar

Directions:

  1. Clean and cut vegetables into small chunks and put in large bowl.
  2. Add seasonings, sugar and vinegar and stir well.
  3. Refrigerate at least 1 to 2 hours to blend the flavors.
  4. The salad makes its own dressing from the juices.
