Ingredients:

  • 6 -7 medium onions
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Slice and saute the onions until cooked but not brown.
  2. Combine all the other ingredients, then add the onions.
  3. Bake in a plain pie shell at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
