Ingredients:

  • oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 25 g of jambon
  • 1 small onion
  • some coriander leaves

Directions:

  1. Cut the patato into slices add salt and pepper and fry it in oil
  2. Put it aside
  3. Cut the coriander
  4. Cut the onion and jambon into small cubes
  5. A bowl, put the eggs and other ingredients
  6. Beat them well
  7. In a pan, add some oil and put the patato fried
  8. On top put the beated eggs
  9. Let cook on both side
