Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix eggs, half and half, salt and pepper in small bowl, and scramble with butter in saute pan ’til done. **Do not brown**
  2. Fold with fresh chives and place in parfait glass.
  3. Garnish with 1/2 ounce Caviar and fresh chervil.
  4. Serve with Toast Points with Red Currant Jam and of course...Fresh Coffee!
