  1. Ground the beef first,then drain.
  2. In a Microwave bowl,put in the beef.
  3. Next will be the cheese,cut up in small cubes.
  4. Then goes in the whole tomatoes,diced up also.
  5. Place in your microwave ,set it for 6 minutes.
  6. Stir until all lumps are melted.make sure not to over cook the cheese,or it will become lumpy.
