Directions:

  1. Soak pinto beans in water overnight or quick soak.
  2. Place in large pot and cover with water. Cook on Medium for 2-3 hours.
  3. Brown Hamburger, drain fat.
  4. Saute the bell pepper and onion and add to mixture.
  5. Add remaining ingredients.
  6. Cook for 1-2 more hours.
