Chicken With Tomato Basil Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Season chicken with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat, add olive oil.
  3. Brown chicken breasts on both sides for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet, keep warm.
  5. To the same skillet add onions, garlic and Italian seasoning, stir until translucent.
  6. Add tomatoes and cook, until tomatoes are tender.
  7. Add wine or broth.
  8. Stir in the Alfredo sauce.
  9. Return chicken to skillet.
  10. Cover and simmer until chicken is no longer pink.
  11. When ready to serve sprinkle with fresh basil.
  12. Serve with angel hair pasta.
