  1. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
  2. Beat eggs, and then add sugar, oil and vanilla. Beat until fluffy.
  3. Stir in four mixture, carrots, pineapple, and nuts.
  4. Bake in three 9-inch prepared cake pans for 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool on wire racks. Frost when cold.
  5. Frosting.
  6. Cream butter and cream cheese - Add sugar and vanilla beating until smooth.
