Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs ground beef (i prefer a leaner cut like ground sirlon or chuck)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 (1 1/4 oz) packages brown gravy mix (my favorite is made by knorr)

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients by smooshing them together with your hands - messy, but necessary.
  2. Bake at 350 F approximately 1 hour. Meat should be fully done in center.
  3. Hide the ketchup from the traditionalists.
