Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Divide berries among six individual dessert dishes (this looks great in wine glasses).
  2. Sprinkle each serving with 1 teaspoon of the balsamic vinegar.
  3. Stir together the mascarpone cheese and milk.
  4. Spoon mascarpone mixture over berries.
  5. Drizzle 1 teaspoon honey over each serving.
