Beef Broccoli and Potato Skillet

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put oil in skillet; heat for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Cook potatoes and minced onion in skillet; stir occasionally.
  3. In separate skillet, brown beef and seasoning. Drain.
  4. Mix beef in with potatoes and onion.
  5. Insert broccoli. Mix well.
  6. Put margarine in with mixture; mix. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring every minute.
  7. Top with a handful of cheese; cook until melted. Serve.
