Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown hamburger and onion.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add tomatoes with liquid, water and macaroni into the skillet.
  4. Bring to a boil then simmer 25 minutes.
  5. Stir occasionally.
  6. The last 5 minutes add grated cheese on top then cover with a lid.
