Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Measure first five dry ingredients into large bowl. Mix thoroughly and make a well in the center.
  3. Beat egg until frothy. Mix in oil, milk and bananas. Pour into well. Stir only to moisten. Batter will be lumpy. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
