Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Measure first 5 ingredients into large bowl.
  2. Mix thoroughly and make a well in center. Beat egg in small bowl until frothy.
  3. Mix in cooking oil, milk and bananas.
  4. Pour into well.
  5. Stir only to moisten.
  6. Batter will be lumpy.
  7. Fill greased muffins cups 3/4 full.
  8. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
