Ingredients:

  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Chop cabbage into small bite size pieces. Grate carrots. Chop onion into fine pieces. Chop celery into fine pieces. Toss into bowl.
  2. Mix vinegar, soya sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Mix into veggies.
  3. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
  4. You can also add dry noodles for a bit of crunch, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds (try them toasted for a bit of flavor)!
