Ingredients:

  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 3 cups cabbage
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Saute onions and celery in 1 T. olive oil. Add broth. Bring to boil and add chopped carrots
  2. Bring to boil and add remaining ingredients.
  3. Simmer until cabbage is wilted.
