  7. Ingredients
  8. Cups cauliflower (1 medium head)
  9. Ounces cream cheese
  10. Teaspoon garlic
  11. /2 teaspoon black pepper
  12. Preparation
  13. Cut cauliflower into pieces and rinse with water.
  14. Place cauliflower pieces in a microwave safe dish, cover and cook on high for 8 to 10 minutes or until soft.
  15. Drain off moisture from cooked cauliflower.
  16. Carefully place hot cauliflower in a blender and blend until smooth.
  17. Add cream cheese, garlic, and pepper. Blend to combine ingredients.
  18. Remove from blender and serve hot.
