Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine first five ingredients in metal 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients with a whisk.
  3. Pour over meat and vegetables.
  4. Cover baking pan with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven 40 minutes.
  6. Carefully uncover and stir meat and vegetables.
  7. Cover and bake an additional 20 minutes.
  8. Uncover and stir stew before serving.
