Wheat Biscuit Meat Loaf With Potatoes and Carrots

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place potatoes and carrots in slow cooker and season with salt.
  2. Combine egg, shredded wheat triscuits, chili sauce, onion, seasoned salt, and pepper.
  3. Add ground beef, and mix well.
  4. Shape into loaf, slightly smaller in diameter than the slow cooker.
  5. Gently place on top of vegetables, not touching the cooker.
  6. Cover, cook on low 9-10 hours.
