Ingredients:

  • 4 cups fresh fruit or berries - whatever is in season & caught your eye.
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup flour sifted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Grease/butter/spray 11x6 baking dish
  2. Place fruit, sliced or whole depending on what it is, in baking dish
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon
  4. Rub together, salt, flour, oats, sugar and butter.
  5. Drop mixture on top of fruit.
  6. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes
