  1. Heat oil and butter in pan.
  2. Add onion and saute for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Add the tomatoes to the pan with the onion and simmer until all liquid is gone.
  4. Add vodka, whipping cream and red pepper flakes.
  5. Cook until thickened; season to taste.
