Ingredients:

  • 2 massell veg. stock cubes
  • small bag of frozen green beans
  • any other leftover veg. you feel like adding
  • 2 litre water

Directions:

  1. Bring 2L of water to boil
  2. Add 2 stock cubes
  3. Peel and quarter your potatoes, cut your carrots, dice your onion
  4. Put carrots, onion and potatoes in boiling water, cook until potatoes are soft.
  5. Add beans and any other veg. you like
  6. Thicken with gravy mix until it reaches the consistency you like.
  7. Serve hot with fresh bread.
