Tuna With Basil-Parmesan Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup basil, minced
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 -2 lb tuna fillet

Directions:

  1. Blend the basil, oil, white wine vinegar, parmesan, garlic and pepper.
  2. Marinade the tuna in the blended sauce for 1/2 an hour.
  3. Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes (don't overcook tuna).
