Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine tuna, rice, pepper, onion, pimientos, soup and mayo.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon into a greased shallow 2 quart casserole dish.
  5. Lay asparagus spears across the entire top of the casserole.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
