Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a small bowl beat the egg a bit.
  3. Add cheese and panko, blend well.
  4. Mix in spices.
  5. Oil a ramekin and pour in the mix.
  6. Place ramekin on a sheet and place in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes or until solid.
  7. Serve hot.
