Tomato Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients:

  • 6 large tomatoes, cored , cut in half lengthwise, sliced (about 3 1/4 lb)
  • 6 large basil leaves, cut in thin strips
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Arrange tomatoes on serving platter; sprinkle with basil and capers. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and oil;sprinkle with blue cheese. Garnish with addition basil.
