Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes.
  3. Cut potatoes into coins or strips (depending

  5. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray.
  6. Place sweet potato coins on foil in lines, try not to overlap.
  7. Spray sweet potatoes with cooking spray or drizzle olive oil over them.
  8. Sprinkle sea salt on potatoes, make sure to get each one.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  10. Flip coins over and coat with cooking spray and sea salt.
  11. Bake for another 25-30 minutes.
  12. Chips will be light orange and may have some brown on the edges (depending on thickness).
  13. Remove from baking sheet and enjoy.
