Sweet and Sour Pork

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut pork into 1/2 strips.
  2. Drain pineapple; set aside; reserve juice.
  3. In med bowl, combine brown sugar and cornstarch; add pineapple juice, vinegar and soy sauce, and broth; stir and set aside.
  4. Heat oil in med skillet on med high; add pork stirring quickly until tender and browned.
  5. Drain meat on a paper towel; keep warm.
  6. Wipe skillet with another paper towel.
  7. Add juice mix to skillet; cook over med heat until it starts to thicken.
  8. Add the meat; simmer for about five minutes.
  9. Add green pepper and onion, continue to simmer for five minutes.
  10. Add pineapple; cover and simmer for about ten minutes more.
  11. Serve over rice.
