Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
  2. Set pineapple aside.
  3. Combine pineapple juice, cornstarch, chili sauce and soy sauce - set aside.
  4. Set on Med-Hi heat, Coat fry pan with cooking spray and add oil.
  5. Stir-fry green pepper and onion 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add shrimp.
  7. Stir-fry 2-3 more minutes.
  8. Stir in liquid mixture and pineapple chunks.
  9. Cook until mixture is bubbly.
  10. Serve immediately.
  11. Best served over rice.
