Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 425
  2. Spray pan to prevent sticking
  3. Scrub and cut red potatoes into 6ths or 8th for wedges. You want them thick but not huge - use your judgement
  4. In a small bowl, toss potatoes with olive Oil
  5. Rub potatoes with combined seasonings
  6. Spread onto prepared pan and bake 30-35 minutes
  7. Dip:
  8. Combine ketsup, brown sugar & worcestershire sauce to taste for a nice alternative to plain ketsup.
