Ingredients:

  • 5 lbs red potatoes (any variety of potato may be used)
  • 2 oz olive oil
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Wash potatoes well, and cut into wedges.
  2. In a large bowl mix the spices and olive oil.
  3. Add the raw potatoes.
  4. Coat the potatoes with the spice mixture.
  5. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet, place in a preheated 350°F oven and bake for 30 minutes.
