Spinach 'n' Steak Salad with Chipotle Honey Mustard

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brush steak with 1 tablespoon Chipotle Honey Dressing.
  2. Grill or broil steak to desired doneness.
  3. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into thin slices.
  4. Divide spinach, cucumber, red onion and red pepper on two large plates.
  5. Arrange sliced steak on top of each.
  6. Drizzle with Chipotle Honey Mustard Dressing, to taste.
  7. Sprinkle with feta cheese and onions, if desired.
