Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Clean, but do Not peel the potato.
  2. Slice into 1/8th strips lengthwise.
  3. Mix the oil and the spices together in a shallow bowl, add the potato slices and coat.
  4. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 18 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees (f).
