Simple Chinese Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop cabbage to your desired size pieces
  2. Slice onions the way you like them
  3. Mix together
  4. Stir vinegar and sesame oil together
  5. Add to cabbage just before serving (or else it will be wilty, which isn't a good thing)
  6. Sprinkle with almonds (if using)
  7. Only make enough that will be eaten in one day, this doesn't save so well once the oil/vinegar is added. (I speak from experience)
