Shadow Mountain Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs red potatoes , scrubbed and thickly sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • salt and pepper , to taste

Directions:

  1. Cook Potatoes till tender (I prefer to steam them for 20 min).
  2. Add Butter and milk and mash until blended.
  3. Fold in green onions, salt and pepper.
