Ingredients:

  • 1 (40 g) package knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 (125 g) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1 (170 g) can crabmeat (approximate can size) or 1 (170 g) can lobster meat ( approximate

Directions:

  1. Soften cream cheese; add soup mix and stir well.
  2. Mix in other ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Serve with vegetables, crackers or chips.
  4. NOTE: You can add a package of cooked, drained and finely chopped spinach to add more colour and a little different taste. If so, add it at the end.
