Ingredients:

  • 3 ribs celery very fine diced
  • 3 cups crab torn in small chunks (immitation crab can be used and is very good)
  • 2 cups small shrimp

Directions:

  1. Tear bread up in small pieces and set in bowl,add the mayo,onion,celery,and the crab and shrimp. Toss all till moistened. Use your imagination on spices but I use garlic powder, kosher salt and fresh ground pepper.
  2. Put this on your serving dish on the top of leaf lettuce and cover. Leave in fridge overnight. Serve with Ritz Crackers.
