  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees open and drain all can vegetables,empty stuffing mix into large bowl,mix in 1 1 can of cream of chicken soup,chicken broth,1 can of whole kernel corn,1 can of mushrooms,1/2 cup of shredded cheese,cut asparagus spears into thirds, add to mixture (reserve a few uncut spears for garnish) 1 tsp.of worcestershire sauce,stir all ingredients well,pour mixtureinto baking dish (butteror sprated) sprinkle 1/2 cup od shredded cheese on top leave uncover and bake 350 degrees for30 minutes.
