Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 8 cup hot 1/2 & 1/2
  • sea salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tb bon appetite or to taste
  • 1/2 tb poultry seasoning or to taste
  • 1 tb cavenders or to taste

Directions:

  1. HEAT THE PAN AND FRY SAUSAGE AND ONION UNTIL SAUSAGE IS BROWN AND ONION IS CLEAR. DRAIN OFF GREASE EXCEPT FOR 2 TABLESPOONS. STIR IN FLOWER AND COOK FOR A MINUTE. ADD THE HOT 1/2 & 1/2. (HEAT IN THE MICROWAVE). ADD SPICES. STIR CONSTANTLY UNTIL MIXTURE THICKENS AND THEN SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. NOT TOO MUCH SALT!
