Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Start by cooking the pasta in a pot of boiling salted water.
  2. Chop up the garlic clove very finely (or mince it), and slice the capsicum first into strips, then into chunks by chopping each strip into 3.
  3. Grate your cheese and put aside
  4. Peel (if desired) your mushrooms and chop into thick-ish slices.
  5. Add oil, garlic and capsicum to a wok or large frying pan (you'll be adding in the pasta later, so it needs to be large), saute and then add mushrooms and cook til mushrooms are almost done. add a little salt to bring out the flavour of the mushrooms.
  6. Add in tuna, and cook until pasta is ready.
  7. Drain and add pasta to the tuna. Stir around, and sprinkle over the grated cheese, mixing until it is just melted.
  8. Serve, season with a little freshly ground black pepper, then eat!
  9. Yum!
